The courses have been designed so as to cater to every experience level.

May be you just want to explore what's Indian home cooking all about? Book this one day session to try the simplest of the recipes. Great for someone looking to try Indian cooking for the first time.  


Duration: 1 hour

What to expect?

Learn to cook a simple vegetable and parantha with other participants.

Who doesn't enjoy a good brunch on weekends? Try this one day session to learn deep frying.


Duration: 1 hour

What to expect?

We will be making different types of pakoras (at least 3 from: potato, cauliflower, paneer and onion), pooris and chutney.


May be you want your kids (or partner!) to eat more veggies? This one day session to learn making stuffed paranthas is a satisfying experience.


Duration: 1 hour

What to expect?

We will be making different types of stuffed paranthas (at least 2 from: potato, cauliflower, paneer and onion) and raita.


No more than 3 participants per session.
Price of each session: $50 per participant or $90 for two participants or $120 for three participants


If you are already a fan of finger licking, aromatic Indian dishes, sign up this five day course to work on the basics and steadily gain knowledge and experience.  

Duration: One hour per day

What to expect?

Day 1: Learn to cook a vegetable and plain paranthas

Day 2: Learn to cook a spiced vegetable and layered paranthas

Day 3: Learn to cook a dal and rotis

Day 4: Learn to cook stuffed paranthas and raita

Day 5: Learn to cook poori, pakoras and a curry   


This is a group class. After finishing, we relish the food cooked in the session together. Over the days, people tend to share notes and inspire each other to do more. Lasting friendships are formed in these sessions and participants get partners to bulk buy and split up Indian groceries.

Price of the 5 day course: $250 per participant or $400 for two participants or $570 for three participants


This is special class for someone who is an experinced cook and can absorb the gist of Indian cooking in one go. Book this one day solo session to touch it all. We will do some recipes that will set you up to try new dishes with confidence.


Duration: 2 hours

What to expect?

Learn to cook a vegetable, a dal, a raita, a rice dish and paranthas. Take home what you cook. The food will be enough to serve 2-3 people.


Single person only.
